For Composer/Performers & High-Achieving Artists

I work one-on-one with composer-performers and creative leaders to bring clarity, momentum, and sustainability to their professional lives.

My clients are often juggling commissions, performances, travel, teaching, and administrative demands - while also carrying the creative weight of their work. Our weekly sessions create a structured space to sort through it all.

What I Offer

A weekly 60-minute working session designed as a reset, recalibration, time that provides a clear plan for the week ahead.

Together, we:

  • Triage inboxes and lingering administrative tasks

  • Review contracts, timelines, and deliverables

  • Map upcoming travel and workload

  • Identify bottlenecks and reduce overwhelm

  • Set clear, achievable priorities for the week ahead

This is equal parts:

  • Administrative support

  • Strategic planning

  • Emotional grounding

Think of it as a standing appointment for your professional life - a place where nothing gets ignored, and everything moves forward.

How It Works

  • Weekly 1:1 session (60 minutes)

  • Ongoing support and continuity week-to-week

  • Flexible, responsive style, adjusting to your current projects and pressures

  • Additional or higher-touch support available for artists with more complex schedules or project loads.

Who This Is For

  • Composer-performers navigating active careers

  • Artists balancing multiple roles and commitments

  • High-functioning creatives who need structure, accountability, and perspective

  • Anyone whose inbox (or brain) has become a holding zone for too many unfinished decisions

What Makes This Different

I bring years of experience as an arts manager and consultant, but more importantly, I meet clients as a trusted thought partner—someone who can hold the full picture.

Part strategist, part advocate, part steady outside eye.

Who am I?

I was raised in a family of artists and began my own career as a performer, but it quickly became clear that my instincts lay elsewhere. I was less interested in being onstage than in helping the people around me make sense of everything offstage: projects, logistics, decisions, and the constant flow of demands that shape a creative life.

Since then, I’ve built my work around supporting artists whose careers are expansive, complex, and deeply engaged with the field. I work closely with composers, performers and creative leaders, many of whom are operating at the highest levels of their profession.

My role is not only to help move work forward, but to help sustain the person doing it - to bring steadiness, perspective, and care to careers that can otherwise become overwhelming. I pay attention to the full picture, creating a space where both the practical and the human needs of an artist’s life are held and supported.

I’m part of a broad, deeply interconnected artistic community, where colleagues are often also friends, collaborators, and family. That proximity gives me a nuanced understanding of the field, and allows me to support clients with both practical insight and a strong sense of context.

Let’s Work Together

I take on a small number of clients to ensure depth and consistency.

Referrals and introductions are welcome.
